If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn and in excellent condition
• Show no signs of use or damage
• Be returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.)

Before returning any item, please contact us first so we can provide you with the necessary instructions.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived defective.
• In cases of incorrect or defective items, we fully cover the return shipping cost.
• No restocking fee applies.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
